According to KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo, Menas is undergoing intensive questioning following his arrest. “After the arrest, the suspect is being examined intensively by investigators,” Budi told reporters on Thursday, September 25, 2025.

The judges also noted that other facilities, including a room at Fraser Menteng. Hasbi utilized the rooms for both personal and professional meetings. These gatherings allegedly involved Menas, along with associates Fatahillah Ramli and Christian Siagian. To deliberate on legal matters linked to Supreme Court cases.
