The Phantoms are age-group (U11) champions for the fourth straight year in the Scottsdale Soccer Club.
The sixth-grade boys all reside in the Arcadia neighborhood, attending Ingleside Middle School or Christ Lutheran School.
Team members are Ethan Flatley, Jacob Staudenmaier, Jack Beckis, Dallas Greene, Lyndon Beischel, Sam Ellington, Jack Spier, Jon Hake, Carter Clayton, Zach Wilson, Mitch Arndt, Max McCauley and Justin Jarvis. Coaches are Paul Flatley and Fred Walker. Unofficial mascot is Bentley the Dog.
Many of the players have been together on the soccer team since preschool and kindergarten and play multiple sports at the same time as the soccer season.
